Helping small and medium-sized businesses build compliant, efficient HR systems from the ground up.

With over 8 years of Human Resources experience and 10 years in administration and customer service, I help businesses build organized, efficient, and people-focused workplaces. My background includes healthcare, government, and small business environments, with expertise in recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, process improvement, and employee support.
Outside of work, I enjoy interior decorating, event design, and finding creative solutions to everyday challenges. I bring the same attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving mindset to every project, helping businesses save time, stay compliant, and grow with confidence.

Work Terms

Hours:
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
Communication:
Email, phone, text, or virtual meetings. In-person meetings are not available.
Availability:
After-hours and weekend work may be available upon request.
Payment:
A quote will be provided before work begins. Deposits may be required for larger projects. Payment is due according to the agreed-upon invoice terms.
