As a parent to a son with special needs, I’ve built my professional life around a schedule that allows me to be there for him during the day while providing expert-level support to medical teams during evenings and weekends.
I hold an AAS in Health Information Technology (Registry Eligible) and an AAS in Healthcare Administration. This formal education, combined with a vocational background in Medical Billing & Coding, allows me to bring a clinical lens to every administrative task. I have served the Oklahoma healthcare community in unique capacities: from the high-pressure environment of OU Children’s Hospital, where I mastered calm and precise patient intake in the ER, to the State Department of Health, where I managed sensitive Newborn Screening registries. Whether navigating Epic EHR or specialized public health databases, I treat every record with the highest integrity, knowing that 'good enough' is never enough for medical records.
When I’m not diving into data, you’ll find me recharging with my family, supporting Autism foundations, in the swimming pool, or lost in a good book. I bring that same focus and calm energy to my work, providing your team with a reliable, specialized resource when you need it most.

How I Work:
Payment: I work via Hourly Milestones or Fixed-Price Milestones for specific deliverables.
Communication: I am highly responsive via Guru messaging and can accommodate scheduled video or voice consultations during my evening/weekend blocks.
Security & Confidentiality: As a HIPAA-trained professional, I perform all work from a secure, private home office to ensure total data integrity and patient privacy.
