Work Terms
I offer dependable Virtual Assistant and Customer Support services tailored to meet your business needs. My services include calendar management, administrative support, data entry, online research, and customer support via Zendesk, email, or live chat. I also use productivity and collaboration tools like Trello, Notion, and Google Workspace to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
I am available Monday to Friday with flexible working hours and respond to messages within 24 hours. Communication will primarily be through Guru’s messaging system, with the option for email or video calls when necessary.
For payment, I accept both hourly and fixed-rate projects through Guru SafePay. Fixed projects are charged per task or scope, not daily. Invoices are sent weekly or according to agreed milestones. For fixed-price work, up to 2 revisions are included—any additional revisions may incur extra charges.
All client information is handled with strict confidentiality, and I’m open to signing an NDA upon request. I expect clients to provide clear instructions, timely communication, and access to any tools required to complete assigned tasks effectively.
Either party may terminate the contract with a 7-day notice. If terminated early, payment will be made for work completed up to the date of cancellation.
