I’m an experienced Personal Assistant, Production Assistant, and Administrator with a strong background in managing schedules, organizing inboxes, coordinating logistics, and providing reliable team support. In my previous roles, I handled scheduling, data entry, research, and travel itineraries for film crews, ensuring smooth operations and attention to detail throughout every project.
I also managed on-set logistics, supported my team by anticipating emerging needs, and successfully balanced both personal and production assistant roles simultaneously. My experience extends to social media management and photography, where I maintained my employer’s online presence and visual content.
As an Administrator, I oversaw both production logistics and office operations—streamlining communication, maintaining order across departments, and ensuring that schedules and resources were always aligned. My strengths lie in being highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, which has consistently enabled me to meet tight deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
Recently, I completed a refresher course in Virtual Assistance with ALX Africa. I hold a degree in Mass Communication and previously worked on oDesk (now Upwork), providing virtual assistance and writing services to various clients.
I also create quizzes and puzzle-style questions in different formats. I’ve developed custom trivia for quiz nights, birthdays, and themed events — making content that is both fun and challenging.
Work Terms
Depending on my clients needs, I am able to work 20-30 hours a week. My client and I would agree on the best way to communicate after our initial meeting.
