Work Terms

Hours of Operation: I am available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (EAT). I also check my messages on Saturdays for urgent project updates.

Communication Style: I prefer all communication to be handled through the Guru Message Center to ensure all project details and files are documented in one place. I typically respond to inquiries within 2–4 hours during business hours.

Payment Terms: For fixed-price projects, I work with SafePay Milestones. I require the first milestone to be funded before the project begins. For hourly tasks, I use the Guru Time Tracker.

Feedback & Revisions: My goal is 100% satisfaction. I offer [3] rounds of revisions to ensure the final design meets your expectations.
