Supplier data never arrives in a store's format. Price lists come as PDFs, spreadsheets with merged cells, scans, even photos of printed pages — and someone has to retype them before they can be imported. We built the systems that do that step automatically. Messy catalogues become one clean table: product code, name, price, variants and the other columns your platform expects, mapped to Shopify, WooCommerce, Odoo or a database import. Re-import updates records instead of creating duplicates, and anything the engine can't read properly is flagged for a human, never guessed.
The company is founder-led and AI-augmented. Our founder spent twenty years running an IT-equipment retail and e-commerce business and writing the systems behind it — stock, pricing and product-data tools — so we know the commerce side and the engineering side because we have run both.
Today we ship this as live software, including an importer published on the official Odoo Apps store, and we deliver the same capability as a service: share the raw files, get back clean import-ready data, usually within a day or two. Every output is quality-checked before delivery.

How we work:
- Fixed-price per job, agreed before we start. For larger catalogues we split the work into funded milestones, so you only release payment as each stage is delivered.
- All communication and files stay here on Guru, through the WorkRoom and SafePay — that keeps the project documented and your payment protected.
- Typical turnaround is one to two days for a price list, longer for a full catalogue; we confirm the timeline before starting.
- We confirm the column mapping with you before processing, and flag anything the source file does not show clearly rather than guessing.
- Working hours are flexible across time zones; we reply within a few hours on business days.
