Psychological Assessment Partners Delivering Excellence

My focus is on solutions and practice across a broad spectrum of assessment and development. I strive to ensure exceptional standards of psychological assessment and reporting to people in public and private business.

I use leading edge tools and techniques across our core service portfolio in order to help clients evolve selection and potential, improve performance and enhance wellbeing. I’m driven by making assessment practice more accessible to business leaders seeking meaningful analysis and feedback, and engendering an ethos of support to end users going through the process of assessment.

I share knowledge to empower, support and drive accountability in people assessment practice, and deliver excellence through flexibility and measurable value, both in terms of cost and practice.

Clear the mists and add real value to assessment solutions with practical and powerful psychological practice.

Functional silos have developed within HR to support a few key strategic processes. Evolving with these silos is a tapestry of HR solutions and tools, which now run into the 1000’s, creating an intellectual complexity and developmental bottleneck. My approach is simple – I work with you to ascertain what is right for your business.

My goal in business is to provide solutions that add demonstrable value, working with individuals whose pivotal values are collaboration, integrity, commitment and drive. My practice (Os2i) supports people and organisations who choose to operate with a moral compass, with fairness and pragmatism enshrined in their practices. As an external partner, I recognise the most important aspect of communication is listening, and demonstrate this in effectively aligned business solutions.

In summary, I work with committed professionals, who are socially orientated, innovative and results focused.

Work Terms

My practice operates Monday to Friday from 7 - 7.
My preferred dialogue medium is phone, email or virtual discussion.
My payment terms are 30 working days from completion of project.
