I will work with your company and its staff to research, review, interview and select new vendors and suppliers. I will also review and analyze the current vendors. I can organize your system of purchase orders and invoices. I also can create RFP's and RFQ's and send them to your vendors and suppliers.
When looking at a new vendor, we will investigate their level of customer service, ease of doing business, negotiate terms and prices, find out their policies for returns and warranty and their credit offering to your firm. We will reports this and more with a recommendation.
