I have a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Spanish and have been Substitute Teaching for 6 years in different High Schools covering subjects like History, Spanish, English, Business, Psychology, and Social Studies.

In addition, working seasonally in retail for 5 years interacting with customers and problem solving their inquiries and requests, qualifies me to provide customer service as well.
