Work Terms

1. Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (AST)
Weekends & Holidays: By appointment only

2. Payment Terms:

Payment schedule: 50% upfront for new projects, remaining 50% upon completion (or milestone-based for larger projects)
Late payments: A 5% late fee may apply for payments received after 7 days past due

Revisions: Up to 3 revisions included per project; additional revisions may incur extra fees

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Clients may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund
Once work has started, partial refunds may be offered based on work completed
