I’m Minh-Tuan, a Senior Full Stack & AI Engineer with 10+ years of experience building web apps, SaaS platforms, backend systems, and AI-powered tools.

I started my career as a frontend engineer, then grew into full stack and backend development. Over the years, I’ve worked on healthcare, logistics, aviation, finance, and enterprise software projects. That experience taught me how important it is to build software that is not only functional, but also reliable, scalable, and easy to maintain.

Today, I focus on helping businesses turn ideas into real products. I enjoy solving complex problems, building clean systems, and using AI to make products smarter and more useful.

My values are simple: clear communication, honest work, clean code, and delivering what I promise.

Outside of work, I enjoy learning new technologies, improving my engineering skills, and exploring new ways AI can help people and businesses work more efficiently.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT. Flexible for urgent tasks, client meetings, and different time zones.

Payment Terms:
Hourly or fixed-price projects are both accepted. For larger projects, I prefer milestone-based payments. Work begins after project scope, timeline, and payment terms are confirmed.

Preferred Communication:
Guru messages, email, Slack, Zoom, or Google Meet. I prefer clear written communication for requirements and updates, with calls when needed for planning, demos, or technical discussions.

Work Style:
I provide regular updates, communicate clearly, and focus on delivering clean, scalable, and production-ready solutions on time.
