Digicel fiji Ltd is a telecomunication company which mainly deals with mobile phones,it has over 90% coverage all over Fiji and employs about 200 people.My experience in this company extends a period of two years.My duties in this company included

1. resolve customer queris on handsets,product and services,billing,general company information and main corporate switchboard.

2.Activations- activate all types of product and services,eg corporate accounts,individual accounts,staff accounts.

3.Liaise with dealers-provide information on policy and procedures,training and support.

4.Escalate problems in accordance with the query resolution procedure dictated by the customer care centre.

5.Handle all queries.complaints and request with minimum escalation,answer all inbound and outbound call in professional and courteous manner according to organization guidlines.

My experience as a Email marketing assistant for an Australian based company extends over a long period of time whereby i did a wonderfull job for my employer giving him the list of companys in any business field all over Australia breaking down in different states on an excel document the name,phone contact,email address,website and their fax numbers and later sent emails to those contacts about the products through email sender.
I have a current updated list of many USA businesses for all the different states with the fields such as Company Name, Email address, City/State, Business phone/ Fax, Contact Person, Contact Title, Industry, Website (all in excel format), which can be used for Email marketing, Telemarketing, Direct Mail, Showcasing, Business Investigation, Immediate Advertising, Building Online Index, B2b Connections, Business contact points of interest and so on.
