My last job was with General Electric O&M in Kuwait at Sabiya CCGT Power Plant: Report KPIs, availability, reliability, trips and startup reliability for electric generating units. Prepare operation weekly and monthly reports for customer and GE O&M globally. Keep a record of all outages, working with site teams and engineering for investigating root causes and identifying the required corrective and preventive actions. Monitor the thermal performance of the plant, identify trends and support investigations of any issues and to minimize efficiency losses. Provide guidance and training for the sake of optimizing performance. Optimize operation routines and develop operation procedures with support from the engineering and operation teams. Monitor air emission and ensuring compliance. Support block-1 upgrade delta improvement performance test, also block-2 & 3 end of term performance tests.
