🤝 Terms of Service
Thank you for choosing to work with me! To ensure a smooth and successful project, please review my standard work terms below:
1. Payment & Milestones
Upfront Deposit: A 25% deposit is required via Guru SafePay before work begins.
Milestones: Larger projects will be broken down into clear milestones. Each milestone must be funded before that phase of work starts.
Final Release: Remaining funds must be released upon project completion and before final deliverables are handed over.
2. Revisions & Scope
Included Revisions: This quote includes up to 2 rounds of revisions based on the original project description.
Extra Work: Any changes outside the original scope or additional revision rounds will be billed at my hourly rate of $35/hr or a mutually agreed-upon flat fee.
3. Communication & Timeline
Availability: I am available daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM EET / EEST (Egypt Time).
Response Time: I will respond to all messages within 24 hours.
Client Feedback: Project deadlines depend on timely feedback. Delays in communication or asset delivery will extend the final delivery date.
4. Copyright & Ownership
Transfer of Rights: Full ownership and copyright of the final work will transfer to you automatically once full and final payment is released.
