Hours of operation:
I work Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm local time. However, I am flexible with my schedule and can work outside of these hours if necessary. I am also available on weekends and holidays on request.
Payment terms:
I require a deposit of 50% upfront before starting work on any project. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project. Payment can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or any other agreed upon method.
Preferred communication style:
I prefer to communicate via email or chat as it allows for clear and concise communication that can be easily tracked. However, I am also available for phone or video calls if necessary. I am committed to responding to client queries within 24 hours.
Project scope and timelines:
Before starting any project, I will provide a detailed scope of work that outlines the project deliverables, timelines, and any other requirements. I believe in setting realistic timelines and providing regular updates on the progress of the project.
Revisions:
I offer up to two rounds of revisions for any project. Any additional revisions will be subject to additional fees. However, I will work with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the final product.
Confidentiality:

Cancellation:
If a client wishes to cancel a project after work has started, they will be charged for the work completed up to that point.
