Work Terms

📄 Work Terms – TechProgression
At TechProgression, we believe in transparency, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. The following work terms define how we collaborate with clients to ensure smooth, professional, and successful project execution.

🕒 Working Hours
Monday to Saturday | 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM (PKT) Night
Available via email, WhatsApp, and Zoom/Meet for updates and support.

🛠️ Project Process
Planning – We gather your requirements and define project scope.

Proposal – A detailed quote with deliverables and timeline is shared.

Development – Work begins upon approval and advance payment.

Revisions – Unlimited revision rounds are included per phase.

Testing & Handover – Final product is tested and delivered post final payment.

💳 Payment Terms
50% Advance to start

30% Midway Milestone

20% Final Before Delivery
Payments accepted via bank transfer, Payoneer, or agreed method.

🔧 Support
We provide 15 days of free support post-delivery for bug fixes. Ongoing maintenance can be arranged separately.

🔄 Revisions
Each phase includes up to 2 free revisions. Extra revisions may incur charges based on scope.

🔐 Confidentiality
All client data and intellectual property remain confidential. NDAs available upon request.

❌ Cancellation
Advance payment is non-refundable once work begins. All completed work will be handed over upon settlement.

We use Email (for formal updates), WhatsApp (for quick chats), and Google Meet (for demos and meetings).
