I have over 1.5 years of hands-on experience working in the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) industry, supporting U.S.-based funding companies with lead generation, merchant qualification, and deal coordination.
I previously worked with Kesef Capital Group, where I gained strong foundational experience in MCA operations. My responsibilities included cold calling business owners, presenting funding solutions, pre-qualifying merchants based on revenue and business criteria, and assisting with document collection. I worked closely with underwriting teams to ensure files were complete and accurate before submission, helping move deals smoothly through the approval process.
Currently, I am working with Shield Funding as a Funding Coordinator, where I handle a broader scope of responsibilities. My role involves outbound and inbound calling, maintaining consistent follow-ups, managing merchant pipelines, and coordinating between merchants and lenders. I assist with collecting applications, bank statements, voided checks, and identification documents, while ensuring clear communication throughout the funding process.
Across both roles, I have developed strong skills in objection handling, merchant relationship management, and CRM organization. I understand the importance of transparency, professionalism, and speed in the MCA space, and I focus on helping teams increase conversions while maintaining a positive merchant experience.
