Work Terms

All design projects start with a written brief and a clear agreement on deliverables. A 50% upfront payment is required to begin, with the remaining 50% due upon final delivery. For small or urgent projects, full payment may be requested upfront.

Each design includes 2–3 rounds of revisions. Extra revisions beyond this will incur an additional charge. Final files are delivered in standard formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, etc.), with editable source files provided if agreed upon in advance.

Clients receive full rights to the final approved design after complete payment. I retain the right to feature the work in my portfolio unless under NDA. All shared content and business details are treated as confidential.

Turnaround time is 3–5 business days for most projects. Rush delivery is available for an extra fee. Delays in client feedback may extend delivery times.

If the project is canceled after starting, the deposit is non-refundable. No refunds are issued after final files are delivered. All communication is handled professionally through email, chat, or video calls, with regular progress updates.
