determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and support executives and stakeholders.
• Manage to organize data related to sales numbers, market research, logistics and finance. Ensure data accuracy and
integrity. Shaping the data in a way which can be presentable and understandable for management to make better
decision for the business. Defining access levels and roles for the users.
• Managing data center of company including SQL data sever with large DB, server machines and CISCO devices.
• Coordinate and provide support for SAP Hana in local market for different departments including supply chain,
production, customer management etc.
• Responsible for the planning, coordination, development, and supervision of all activities related to the integration of
software programs, applications, and third-party solutions to meet the business requirements of the organization.
• Managing 2 major business applications, implemented to handle sales of SKUs at
distribution level. These applications have complete customer’s data, sales, stock management, ledgers, route
management, CRM, TTS, SMS/mail on deliveries and reporting.
• It is cloud-based application with SQL 2016. Managed inhouse cloud for more than 10 years, now the application has
been moved to Microsoft Azure PaaS environment. In this application salesmen can upload/download live data to cloud.
Area managers has live visibility of field force to monitor the KPIs and take appropriate actions right on time. Application
availability is 24/7.
Responsible for IS/IT CAPEX planning for whole year, forecasting the needs of stakeholders and future developments.
• Responsible for IS/IT projects planning, up-gradations and implementations.
• Supplier management and service contracts with SLA to have smooth and stable IT infrastructure.
• Implementation of IS/IT security and compliance guidelines. Handling consumer private data as per data protection
principles.
• Design & implement DRP and BCP for IT services and applications.
• Supervising IS/IT assets management, includes capitalization, asset transfers and scrap management.
• Supervising help desk to support end users for their daily issues. Implementation of ITIL framework to bring best practices, service strategy, design and operational improvements.
