SafePay Escrow: For fixed-price projects, I require 100% of the milestone funds to be deposited into Guru’s SafePay escrow before starting any work.
Hourly Projects: For hourly tasks, payment terms will be agreed upon prior to commencing the contract, utilizing Guru's tracking tools.
Fair Pricing: Rates are determined based on project complexity, research required, and delivery urgency.
Communication & Updates
Platform Alignment: In strict compliance with Guru’s policies, all project discussions, file sharing, and updates will take place exclusively through the Guru workroom.
Response Time: I maintain professional and prompt communication, typically responding to messages within a few hours during standard business times.
Milestone Updates: For larger projects, I provide regular progress updates so you always know the status of your task.
Revisions & Quality Assurance
Included Revisions: To ensure your complete satisfaction, I offer up to 2 rounds of minor revisions within 7 days of project delivery, provided they align with the original project brief.
Scope Changes: Any significant changes to the original project guidelines or requirements after work has begun may require an adjusted milestone agreement.
Deadlines & Delivery
