I am a Virtual Assistant who is passionate about helping businesses and busy individuals stay organized and stress free. I bring 3 years of real hands on experience in Customer Care and Administrative Support earned in a professional office environment where I supervised a team while managing daily operations.


I help my clients with data entry, email management, calendar scheduling, travel planning and booking, customer service, project organization, file management, research and much more. I show up every day ready to handle the details so my clients can focus on growing their business.


I work with tools like Trello, Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Notion, Canva, TripIt, Toggl, HubSpot and more. I am reliable, fast to learn and I never need to be micromanaged. Once I know what you need I get to work and keep you updated every step of the way.


I am based in Kigali Rwanda and I am available Monday to Friday. I work with clients from all over the world and I communicate clearly and professionally in English at all times.

Work Terms

I am available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Africa Time — Kigali Rwanda. I am open to flexible arrangements depending on the client's needs and time zone.
My preferred rate is $8 per hour. For fixed projects I am happy to discuss and agree on a fair price before starting. Payment is expected through the Guru platform for security and transparency on both sides.
I prefer to communicate through Guru messages, email or any platform the client is comfortable with such as Slack, WhatsApp or Zoom. I provide regular updates on task progress and I am always available to answer questions quickly.
I take confidentiality seriously and I treat all client information with the highest level of discretion. I deliver work on time, I am open to feedback and I always aim to exceed expectations.
