I thrive off providing quality and efficient customer service, whilst building rapport with customers to resolve queries effectively and appropriately.

Throughout my previous customer service experience. I have worked in fast-paced, high volume, contact centre environments, where I’ve worked under pressure and taken pride in my work. On a daily basis, I have taken calls, responded to emails and web chat in a timely and professional manner. Being customer focused, I have the ability to vary my tone and communication style to relate to different people. I am also able to maintain composure when dealing with rude or difficult customers. Being flexible, I am able to deal with the changing needs of customers and the business. Additionally, as a credit controller, I worked independently, on my own initiative and took ownership of resolving customer queries from start to finish.

In addition to using various software and technology, as outlined in my CV/Resume. For remote work, I have a fast and reliable internet connection, robust laptop/computer with Windows 10, and a quiet and comfortable, designated working space, set up especially to work from home.

Work Terms

Weekly pay, 20+ hours per week, $10-15 per hour, willing to negotiate, seeking a fair employer. Keen to use my years of experience in order to provide a high quality service to your customers, and maximize your brand loyalty.
