My Position was to
Handle various administrative tasks and assist staff in assigned projct based work.
Providing assistance for all related financial issues. From payment to financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly).
Dealing with tax administration issues.
Manage database, fulfill and update with additional informations related to trademarks and patents.
Dealing with marketing issues
Prepare weekly news for SDP KOSOVO related to Intellectual Property field.
Translate different TradeMark documents English/Albanian/Serbian.
Drafting memos, letters, and other required documents.
Maintaining a huge filling system(up to 1000 files).
Organizing different trainings, conferences.

Preparing vouchers on the financial management systems for approval.

Managing Petty Cash of the Office.
Preparing financial report to donors on monthly basis.
Assisting on creating the vendors for companies, persons.
