Work Terms
1. Project Scope and Timeline:
I specialize in MERN stack, Next.js, and Laravel development, offering expertise in JavaScript, Python, and C++.
Projects will be scoped and divided into clear milestones with estimated timelines for each phase.
2. Communication:
I prioritize open communication for effective collaboration, utilizing platforms such as Email, or video/audio conferencing.
Weekly progress meetings will be scheduled to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
3. Payment Terms:
Payment structure will be based on project complexity and duration, with options for hourly rates or fixed-price contracts.
A standard payment schedule of 50% upfront and 50% upon project completion is preferred, but flexible based on mutual agreement.
4. Code Ownership and Confidentiality:
Upon full payment, you will have full ownership of the code developed for your project.
I adhere to strict confidentiality standards and I'm open to signing NDAs to protect your intellectual property.
5. Quality Assurance and Revisions:
I am committed to delivering high-quality work and will provide unlimited of revisions as part of the project scope.
6. Project Handover and Support:
Comprehensive documentation and support will be provided upon project completion to ensure a smooth handover.
1 month of post-project delivery support will be offered for bug fixes and technical assistance.
And if need maintaining support after project completed or add new features then will consider new agreement.
7. Termination and Refunds:
If you are not satisfied after completed the deadline, then refunds will be issued based on the work completed and any applicable cancellation fees outlined in the agreement.
8. Miscellaneous:
Any specific project requirements or additional services can be discussed and incorporated into the agreement.
