1. Scope of Work

All projects will be executed based on the agreed proposal and brief.

Any additional requests outside the initial scope will be subject to extra fees.



2. Payments

The agreed payment is due upon project completion and before final delivery.

Payments are non-refundable after delivery.



3. Revisions

The client is entitled to two rounds of revisions per project stage.

Extra revisions beyond this limit will be charged additionally.



4. Delivery

Deadlines will be agreed upon before starting the project.

Delays caused by late client feedback or material submission will extend the delivery date.



5. Ownership & Rights

Final designs and materials are transferred after full payment is received.

The agency reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.



6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all project details, strategies, and client information.
