*** Hours of Operation ***
Available IST (India Standard Time), typically 09:00 AM – 01:00 PM IST, with flexibility to overlap 2–3 hours with US East Coast / European business hours for calls and standups when needed. Async communication (Slack) covered outside these hours for urgent items.

*** Payment Terms ***
Small/well-defined scopes → Fixed price, milestone-based (25–50% upfront depending on project size, remainder tied to milestones)
Larger or evolving scopes / ongoing work → Hourly, billed weekly, hours logged and shared transparently
New clients: a paid trial task or small first milestone before larger commitment, standard practice on my end for both sides' comfort

Primary: Guru messaging for written scope/decisions (keeps a record)
Calls: Zoom/Google Meet for kickoff and periodic syncs
Ongoing projects: daily or every-other-day status updates (written, brief) — I don't let clients wonder where things stand
Slack available for active projects if the client prefers a running channel
