Building intelligent automation systems that replace entire workflows. Specializing in API integrations, n8n workflows, and AI-powered solutions.
I'm Nathan, a full-stack developer specializing in API integrations, workflow automation, and intelligent systems that eliminate manual work.
I've spent the last 5 years building automation solutions for businesses ranging from early-stage startups to
established SaaS companies. My focus is on creating systems that work autonomously—connecting apps, syncing data,
and making decisions without human intervention.
What I Do:
I solve integration problems that other developers avoid. When you need to connect two systems that don't play
nicely together, automate a complex multi-step workflow, or build a custom API that ties everything
together—that's where I excel.
My expertise includes:
• API integrations (REST, GraphQL, webhooks, SOAP)
• n8n workflow automation with AI capabilities
• Real-time data synchronization between platforms
• Custom middleware and backend services
• Database design and ETL pipelines
• Web scraping and browser automation
• AI agent development (Claude, GPT integrations)
• Discord/Telegram bot development
Technical Stack:
Backend: Node.js, Python, Express, FastAPI
Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, Qdrant
Automation: n8n, Playwright, Puppeteer
AI/ML: OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, LangChain
DevOps: Docker, PM2, Linux servers
Frontend: React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
My Approach:
I work on a milestone-based system. You pay only after each deliverable meets your expectations. This eliminates
risk and ensures we're aligned on outcomes, not just effort.
I believe in clear communication—no technical jargon unless you want it, and no corporate BS. I'll tell you what's
realistic, what's not, and the best path forward.
Most importantly, I deliver working solutions. Clean code, proper documentation, error handling, and monitoring
are standard in everything I build.
Who I Work Best With:
• SaaS companies needing complex integrations
• E-commerce businesses automating operations
• Agencies building client solutions
• Startups moving fast and breaking things
• Anyone with a challenging technical problem
If you have an API integration that seems impossible, a workflow that's eating hours of manual work, or a vision
that needs technical execution—let's talk.
I'm here to build systems that actually work.
Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
Available Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM CET (Central European Time). I typically respond to messages within 2-4 hours
during business hours, and within 24 hours on weekends.
Payment Terms:
I work on a milestone-based payment structure. Here's how it works:
1. We define clear milestones for your project (e.g., "API integration complete and tested")
2. You fund each milestone through SafePay
3. I deliver the milestone
4. You verify it works as expected
5. You release payment
This approach protects both of us—you pay only for working deliverables, and I get compensated fairly for
completed work.
Minimum project budget: $150
Hourly rate: $50/hour (for ongoing or flexible-scope work)
I prefer fixed-price milestones for well-defined work and hourly for exploratory or evolving projects.
Communication:
I'm flexible on communication style—whatever works best for you:
• Guru messaging (I check daily)
• Slack/Discord for ongoing projects
• Video calls for kickoffs or complex topics (Zoom, Google Meet)
I believe in clear, jargon-free communication. I'll explain technical concepts in plain English and keep you
updated on progress without overwhelming you with details.
Project Workflow:
1. Discovery: We discuss your needs, I ask questions to understand the full scope
2. Proposal: I outline the approach, timeline, and milestones
3. Agreement: We agree on terms and create the work agreement
4. Execution: I build in milestones, sharing progress regularly
5. Delivery: You test, provide feedback, and approve each milestone
6. Support: I provide documentation and reasonable post-delivery support
Revisions:
I include reasonable revisions in my pricing. If requirements change significantly, we'll discuss scope
adjustments before proceeding.
What I Don't Do:
• Rush jobs with unrealistic deadlines
• Work without clear requirements
• Build solutions
