Oversee all aspects of video production on 3 TV programs, 2 of which have made it to air. Worked on conceiving new programs and creating sizzler reels to appeal to networks and other broadcasters. Took a lead role in the hiring and management of production crew and performed regular pulse checks on crew members who would otherwise be working in unsupervised roles.
Worked in a leadership position with approximately 75 volunteers and 4 staff. Have moved through various positions and responsibilities have included: Scheduling, television directing, event production, training of new volunteers, acting as a point person in major events, designing training curriculum and courses. Produced a TV program that is broadcast in over 21 countries, also produced promotional segments and advertisements for conferences and gatherings. while doing my own voice-over work.
