Worked with Web Based recruitment portal called TopFivePercent (TFP). This portal provides a platform for the client organizations to post the positions they want to recruit, along with the job description. Prospective candidates can then apply (i.e. create their profiles) against those open positions. The client organizations can then screen and interview the candidates.
Job Positions (Campaigns) registered in the system have unique tracking links displaying a unique landing page for the campaign, showing the details of the job position. The portal enables the client organization to conduct Online and In-house assessment and have the results recorded in the database.
TFP administrator has an access to User Database, Manage companies, Running Campaigns, White labeling of the Specific companies

o Performed requirement feasibility analysis and identified Test Scenarios / Test Objectives.
o Developed the Test Cases to test the complete functionality of the application
o UI Testing of the designed Web Pages
o Involved in Test data identification and gathering.
o Involved with Regression Testing (First Cycle) and Creation of Test Reports
o Peer Review of the Test Artifacts, Execution of the Test Cases
o Managing the Test Suites, Test Cases for the respective Builds and Documented Test Cases.
