Work Terms

Working Hours: I'm based in Pakistan (GMT+5). I work Monday through Saturday and respond to messages within a few hours during 9 AM to 11 PM Pakistan time. Sunday is my rest day, but urgent messages still get same-day replies.

Communication: I communicate through Guru's messaging system. I confirm project scope in writing before starting. If there's any ambiguity, I ask first rather than guess. Quick, clear, and respectful is my style.

Payments: I prefer SafePay for project security on both sides. For larger projects, I work in milestones (typically 50% advance, 50% on completion). I'll provide a clear quote with timeline before we start, and I deliver what I quoted, on time.

Revisions: Reasonable revisions are included in every project. I'll send you a draft, you tell me what to adjust, and I'll update. For health writing and transcription, I include 2 rounds of revisions in the base quote. Major scope changes (significantly different topic, doubling the word count) may require an updated quote.

Deadlines: I commit to deadlines I can actually meet. If I say 3 days, it'll be done in 3 days. If your timeline is tight, tell me upfront so I can be honest about whether I can deliver.

What I won't do:
- AI-generated content presented as original
- Plagiarism or recycled work
- Medical advice that requires a licensed clinician (I write health content based on research, but I'm not a clinical practitioner)
- Off-platform communication or payment before a Guru contract is in place
