🕒 1. Hours of Operation
I maintain structured working hours to ensure dedicated, high-quality focus on your projects while respecting healthy boundaries.
Standard Business Hours: Monday through Friday, [e.g., 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST].
Weekends & Holidays: Closed. Any communication received over the weekend will be addressed on the following business day.
Turnaround Time: Standard email and message responses can be expected within [e.g., 24–48 hours]. Project deliverables will follow the timeline agreed upon in our specific project roadmap.
💳 2. Payment Terms
Clear financial terms keep our project moving forward without administrative delays.
Deposit / Onboarding: A non-refundable deposit of [e.g., 50%] is required before any strategy sessions or project work begins.
Invoicing Schedule: The remaining balance will be invoiced upon [e.g., project completion / milestone achievements / on a monthly retainer basis].
