I’m the founder of NHC Infrastructure Consulting, a specialist advisory practice supporting infrastructure and rail organisations to strengthen procurement capability and improve delivery outcomes. I bring extensive experience across contract and commercial advisory in stakeholder-rich infrastructure environments.
My work focuses on procurement uplift — helping organisations translate complex requirements into practical, defensible evidence and delivery-ready outcomes (requirements → evidence → delivery).

Work Terms
Hours of operation
I operate primarily during Australian business hours (AEST), Monday to Friday. Limited out-of-hours availability can be arranged by agreement where project deadlines require it.
Engagement and payment terms
Engagements are typically structured on a fixed-scope or milestone basis, or as hourly advisory support with agreed parameters. Clear scope and deliverables are confirmed prior to commencement. Invoices are issued in accordance with agreed milestones or time worked, and payment is managed through the Guru platform.
Communication style
I value clear, practical communication. Most engagements are supported via written correspondence and scheduled check-ins, with virtual meetings used where alignment or decision-making is required. I aim to be responsive during business hours and set clear expectations for turnaround times.

My approach is structured, collaborative, and delivery-focused. I work best when objectives, timeframes, and success criteria are clearly defined, and when procurement outcomes are practical, defensible, and aligned with real delivery constraints.
