Work Terms

Scope of Work:
The freelancer will design a new logo for the client's company. The logo will be used on the client's website and marketing materials.
Deliverables:

The freelancer will provide three initial logo design concepts for the client to review.
Upon receiving feedback from the client, the freelancer will make up to two rounds of revisions to the final design.
The final deliverable will include the completed logo design in various file formats (JPEG, PNG, and vector file).
Timeline:

The initial design concepts will be delivered to the client within one week of the start date.
The final deliverable will be delivered to the client within two weeks of receiving feedback on the initial concepts.
Payment Terms:

The client will pay a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the final deliverable.
Other Terms:
