I have over 10 years experience in residential real estate management, development and accounting. I have led development and lease up, refinance and redevelopment, advertising and strategy and "turn-arounds" in their implementation and financial success of multi-million dollar projects. I have successfully worked with large and small scale property management companies and developers ranging from large "primary business" models to single asset owners, to community development agencies and nonprofits. In addition, I am an experienced accounting professional, and have been involved in creation of development pro-formas, first year operating budgets, ongoing operations budgets, capital needs assessments and planning. I have extensive experience on the front lines: accounting set-up, bookkeeping, accounting policy and procedure development.
In addition to my skills, my partner, Tom Paine has an extensive project management, data analysis and legal writing background. With over 10 years of experience, he excels in document writing and development, database set up and maintenance and data analysis and presentation preparation. Additionally, he writes topic expertise whitepapers, and has contributed to research, editing, and content development for published works.
