Hi! I'm Niko, I am a Certified Black Belt - Recruitment Sourcing & Research Ninja currently working full-time for a Global Staffing Company handling Global Accounts. I have over five years of experience as a Recruiter, Sourcer, Data Entry Contributor, Lead Generator, and Web Researcher supporting Fortune 500 clienteles with strong exposure to US, EMEA & APAC markets.

I am particularly skilled in sourcing for niche roles, all industry type I can say I'm an all-rounder being able to support different accounts globally and understand most of their sourcing needs from adjuncts to analysts to software developers to mechanics and so on just give me requirement I'll get back with results. oh, I LOVE SOURCING! :D

When I'm not stalking (sourcing) people or doing research around the world wide web (literally, that's part of my job), I am usually playing video games and reading mangas, novels, watching NetFlix series, and animes online. Games it doesn't really matter what genre it is as long as it is a video game, but some of my favorites are League of Legends and Overwatch because I like to play competitive FPS and MOBA, and also all Open World RPG all-time favorite The Witcher 3. Apart from that, I am also an avid fan and supporter of FOSS (Free and Open Source Software), I love to tinker with Linux specifically and all of its offerings.
