I work with clients who value clear communication, structured processes, and high-quality design outcomes. Here's what you can expect when working with me:
Process
Every project starts with a discovery phase to fully understand your goals, users, and requirements. I follow a structured design process — research, wireframing, UI design, prototyping, and handoff — with regular checkpoints to keep you aligned at every stage.
Availability
Available Saturday through Thursday, 05:00 AM – 8:00 PM (GMT+2). I typically respond to messages within a few hours.
Communication
Primary communication through Guru's messaging system. For active projects, I'm open to scheduled calls via Google Meet or Zoom for reviews and feedback sessions.
Turnaround Time
Timelines vary by project scope and are agreed upon before work begins. For smaller tasks, delivery is typically within 2–4 business days. Larger projects follow a milestone-based timeline.
Payment
I work with milestone-based payments for fixed projects, and hourly billing for ongoing or open-scope work. A deposit may be required before project kickoff.
Revisions
Each milestone includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond scope are billed separately and agreed upon in advance.
NDA & Confidentiality
I respect client confidentiality and am happy to sign NDAs when required.
