Business Data Analyst
Hi, I am Noor Ul Ain, a Business Data Analyst, currently in my third year of Bachelors degree, and building a career around one simple belief: data should lead to decisions, not just dashboards.
My journey into analytics started almost by accident. A digital marketing course sparked something in me, and I went on to complete specializations from IBM, Google, and Meta. Since then, I've worked as a Data Analyst Trainee and Data Analyst Associate Intern, where I cleaned and analyzed real datasets, performed exploratory data analysis, built relational data models, and created dashboards that were presented to senior management.
Outside formal internships, I have taken on independent projects that genuinely excite me analyzing customer sentiment from app reviews, building a live Streamlit dashboard for airline sentiment analysis, segmenting customers using RFM and clustering techniques, and researching global hiring trends for Marketing Data Analysts across four countries.
I work primarily in Python, SQL, and Power BI, and I care just as much about communicating findings clearly as I do about the technical analysis itself. I was recently selected for the McKinsey Forward Program and received the Prime Minister's Laptop Scheme 2025 award.
When I'm not working with data, I'm usually learning something new — whether that's a technical skill or, more recently, basic web development, which I taught myself to build a small e-commerce site for my father's business.
I believe in clear communication, realistic timelines, and delivering work that's genuinely useful not just technically correct. If you have data sitting unused and want to understand what it's telling you, I'd love to help.
Work Terms
Available Monday–Sunday, flexible hours to accommodate different time zones (based in Pakistan, PKT/UTC+5).
I typically respond to messages within a few hours. For payments, I work through the platform's secure payment system with milestone-based releases for larger projects. I'm happy to provide progress updates at agreed checkpoints throughout a project.
My preferred communication style is clear and proactive, I'll flag any issues, delays, or questions early rather than waiting until delivery, so there are no surprises.
