Work Terms

1. Hours of Operation

I am available Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Egypt Time).

Messages sent outside these hours will be responded to the next working day.
Urgent requests can be scheduled in advance upon agreement.

2. Payment Terms

All payments must be made via Guru SafePay before starting the project.
For small projects, full payment upfront is preferred.
For larger projects (e.g., ebooks, presentations), I accept 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
Any additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

3. Preferred Communication Style
I primarily communicate via Guru messages to ensure all discussions are documented.
Quick updates and questions can also be sent via email (if agreed).
I respond within 24 hours during my working hours.
I encourage clients to share clear instructions and references for faster, more accurate delivery.
