Hi! I’m Nurhuda Jamhari, a medical graduate turned detail-oriented freelancer with a passion for organization, clarity, and impact. With several years of experience in healthcare administration, medical auditing, provider network management, and communication, I’ve recently transitioned into the freelance space to explore meaningful remote opportunities that align with both my skills and lifestyle.

My career journey began in the healthcare industry, where I worked in roles that required high attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong coordination. From supporting general practitioners with onboarding processes, auditing medical reports, to conducting training and documentation reviews, I’ve always enjoyed bringing order to complex systems and helping others succeed. This foundation in healthcare has sharpened my eye for precision, whether it's for data entry, research, administrative support, or content review.

What truly drives me is efficiency and accuracy. I value clear communication, timely delivery, and building trustworthy, respectful relationships with clients. I pride myself on being dependable, organized, and able to adapt quickly to new tools and processes. Whether it’s maintaining a clean spreadsheet, writing concise content, or managing repetitive tasks, I do it with care and commitment.

As a person, I’m calm, empathetic, and someone who finds joy in helping others, qualities that served me well in my previous medical roles and now extend into my freelance work. I believe in lifelong learning, which led me to pursue an MBA while exploring diverse freelance projects such as data entry, virtual assistance, translation (English-Malay), internet evaluation, and resume writing.

Outside of work, I enjoy quiet moments with a good book, journaling, volunteering at local clinics when I can, and spending time with my husband and our young son. I’m originally from Johor but now reside in Cyberjaya, balancing work, family, and studies in my own little rhythm.

Work Terms

Work Terms:
- I am committed to delivering high-quality data entry and administrative support services with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Hours of Operation:
- I am available to work up to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- My preferred working hours are between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (GMT+8), but I can accommodate different time zones depending on project needs and deadlines.
- Weekend availability is possible for urgent tasks upon prior arrangement.

Payment Terms:
- For all projects, I accept payments through PayPal.
- I prefer milestone-based payments for larger projects and upfront payment for short-term or fixed-rate jobs.
- Prompt and transparent payments are appreciated to ensure a smooth working relationship.
- All billing will follow the agreed-upon rate and scope outlined before project commencement.

Communication Style:
- My preferred method of communication is via email at nurhuda.jamhari@gmail.com.
- I strive to respond to all messages within 12–24 hours on business days.
- For real-time or time-sensitive discussions, I am open to communication through Guru’s messaging platform, Google Meet, or other tools as requested by the client.
