I discovered my passion for customer service the moment I started deriving joy in solving problems, turning frustrations into satisfaction, and getting positive feedback. It all started in 2019 when I was working as a Front Desk Receptionist for a start-up company. I was the first line of contact, and I was also responsible for managing the company's social media platforms. In addition to overseeing daily operations, I handled direct messages, responded to comments, and resolved customer complaints and enquiries, which sparked my passion for customer engagement and support.
This passion for helping customers and engaging with audiences inspired me to take up courses in Customer Relationship Management, Customer service and Digital Marketing. This perfected my skills in delivering exceptional customer support service and equipped me with the right skills to excel in social media management. My communication became clearer, and I'm able to convey messages professionally, concisely, and empathetically. My tone for written communication improved, especially for Live chat and social media interaction. I got better at understanding customers' emotions, how to respond and handle different customers, irate customers, for example. My problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities became better, and I developed stronger organisational and multitasking skills. I became more confident in handling inquiries, complaints and feedback, learned to track interactions and use customer data to improve follow-ups. Over the years, these acquired skills and my hands-on experience have equipped me to be the best in delivering top-tier customer service and social media management, and the best part is, my temperament makes it easy for me to succeed in this career path. I'm soft spoken, organised, attentive to details, patient, and empathetic, which allows me to handle diverse customer interactions calmly and effectively.
For Social media management, I became confident in managing different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), handling multiple chats, DMs, or inquiries, and coordinating social media content schedules with daily operational tasks. I got better at managing communities, recognised trends in customer behaviour to tailor responses and content, and I learnt to adapt quickly to new tools, platforms, and customer needs in a digital environment.
I value empathy, professionalism, patience, and effective communication. By understanding customers' needs, I aim to provide support that is both professional and personalised, while giving customers a first-class experience.
Outside of work, I enjoy sewing, cooking, going out for games and travelling.

Work Terms

I am seeking a long-term position where I can grow with the company and contribute consistently to customer satisfaction. However, I am open to short-term and available to start immediately.
Hours of Operation
I am available Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (WAT) or any other time zone as discussed. I am also open to weekend shifts as needed and can offer flexibility to support business demand.

Payment terms.
Payments are preferred on a weekly to monthly basis.

Prefered communication Style
I prefer clear and timely communication. Communication can be made through Slack, Zoom, whatsapp or any of your preferred choices. I value clear expectations, concise and prompt updates, timely responses, and constructive feedback to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
