Work Terms
Hours of Operation
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (WAT).
Timezone Sync: I am available for live meetings during US (EST) or UK (GMT) business hours.
Availability: I guarantee a response to all messages within 4 business hours.
Payment Terms
SafePay: Work begins once the current milestone is 100% funded.
Billing: Hourly logs are submitted weekly; Fixed-price invoices are sent upon milestone delivery.
AutoPay: I use a 7-day grace period for automatic payment release.
Procurement: All third-party vendor costs must be funded upfront by the client. I do not use personal funds for business purchases.
Communication Style
Primary: All official business is conducted via the Guru WorkRoom.
Reporting: I provide a Daily Executive Summary covering tasks completed, upcoming goals, and any operational bottlenecks.
Tools: Proficient in Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams for scheduled coordination.
