- Develop a SIP-based Communication VoIP system
- Architect and involve in full software product life-cycle of telco grade Music Ring Back Tone system (including sub-modules such as selfcare portal, operations & sales admin portal, core music player module, charging module, payment module, etc) from ground up.
- Also involve in the integration and the deployments in Malaysia, Vietnam, Pakistan and Bangladesh. The system able to operate in full high availability and can be scaled up to handle huge volume of of calls. Biggest live site handled at least 20 millions call per day.
- Chief architect & technical lead in Portal development, Billing Module integration & Charging Integration for Ericsson Malaysia outsource project (end customer is UMobile Malaysia),
- Develop & Commission a Video Ring Back Tone prototype in Hainan, China for China Unicom (with Ericsson Malaysia as project sponsor/partner).
- Manage R&D Department includ
