Work Terms

1. Communication:
We are available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. All communication will be conducted through Upwork messages, Zoom, or Google Meet. Response time is typically within 12–24 hours.

2. Project Scope & Deliverables:
All deliverables, timelines, and project scope will be clearly defined and approved before the start of the project. Any additional work outside the scope will require a revised quote.

3. Payment Terms:

For hourly projects: Time is tracked using Upwork’s time tracker.

For fixed-price projects: 50% advance payment is required upon project approval, and 50% on completion/delivery.

Milestone payments are preferred for long-term or large-scale projects.

All payments must be made via Upwork to maintain transparency and platform compliance.

4. Revisions Policy:
We offer up to 2 free rounds of revisions on each deliverable. Additional revisions may be charged based on the time and effort involved.

5. Confidentiality:
All client data, strategies, credentials, and materials will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the agreed project.

6. Ownership:
Upon final payment, all designs, ads, reports, and strategies created by us will be the property of the client.

7. Contract Termination:
Both parties may terminate the contract with a prior notice of 7 days. Any pending dues for completed work must be cleared before termination.
