My previous job as Head of Operations included a wide variety of management expertise growing the company from an early stage to 150+ employees. Developing, leading, and managing key account negotiations from inception to completion, resulting in 100% increase to company revenue at the time. Managing the most strategic & complex projects of the company globally, developing technical solutions that best address customer needs. Establishing program plans, KPIs and templates for R&D, pre-sale and account management. Setting up organizational process to help cross company management following growth. Working and managing all vendors activities, both technical and commercial aspects.
I have a very unique background, including a strong technological background as a computer programmer (5+ years experience) as well as a commercial & legal background (9+ years experience). Currently working as a freelancer consultant both in the legal field (certified lawyer in NY and Israel) as well as business strategy and operations for tech company.
