Milestone-Based Payments: All projects are divided into clear, manageable phases.
SafePay Protection: I require milestone funding in Guru’s SafePay before work begins on that specific phase.
Final Delivery: All project files and site ownership will be transferred once the final milestone is released.
Communication & Availability
Guru WorkRoom: To ensure a clear record and comply with platform policies, all official communication must take place within the Guru WorkRoom.
Response Time: I am available Monday through Friday and typically respond to messages within 12 hours.
Revision Policy
Included Revisions: Each milestone includes up to 2 rounds of minor adjustments to ensure the result meets your expectations.
Scope Changes: Significant changes to the original project plan will be quoted as a new milestone.
Client Collaboration
Timely Feedback: To keep the project on schedule, please provide feedback or approvals within 48 hours of a milestone submission.
Provision of Materials: All necessary branding assets and site credentials should be provided through the secure WorkRoom before the development phase begins.
