Work Terms
Business Hours: Monday to Friday. We operate with flexible working hours to effectively support both local and international clients across different time zones.
Communication: Our team is fluent in English and can communicate effectively with clients worldwide. We also support communication in Hindi, Urdu, and other regional languages to ensure smooth collaboration throughout the project.
Project Communication: We maintain clear and regular communication through the Guru platform and scheduled online meetings to ensure transparency throughout the project. We aim to respond to all client messages within one business day.
Project Kick-off: A 30% advance payment is required before project commencement. The remaining balance is divided into mutually agreed milestones based on the project scope and deliverables.
Milestone Payments: Work on each milestone begins after the corresponding milestone has been funded and approved. Final deliverables are provided upon completion of the final milestone payment.
Support & Maintenance: We provide post-delivery support based on the agreed project scope. Ongoing maintenance, updates, and enhancements are available through separate support agreements.
