I’m a private lawyer with over 5 years of experience in providing end-to end legal services for various types of business. I represented interests of clients at law firms and also worked as in-house lawyer. My clients are based in Ukraine but have operations around the world and have been instrumental in drafting, negotiating and closing many mid to high-stake deals. My core practice areas: Contract Law, Trade Law, Employment Law, IP Law, Corporate Law, Civil and Commercial Law. The various verticals of commercial transactions I have dealt with include professional services, manufacture and technology related transactions.
