Hello! I'm Oyinloye Ifeoluwa Deborah, a Customer Service Representative, entrepreneur, and communication enthusiast with a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics.
My journey has always been centered around people, communication, and service. I genuinely enjoy connecting with others, solving problems, and creating positive experiences through effective communication. These qualities have shaped both my academic and entrepreneurial pursuits.
I am the founder of PBL Enterprises, a business umbrella that includes PBL's Kitchen and PBL Fashion. Through PBL's Kitchen, I provide baking, catering, snacks, pastries, and dessert services, and I am also the creator of Dr. Commander, a unique pastry and dessert experience. Through PBL Fashion and Sketch by PBL, I am involved in fashion design and fashion illustration.
Building and managing these businesses has given me practical experience in customer relations, client communication, order management, administrative support, problem-solving, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Working directly with customers has taught me the importance of professionalism, patience, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
My core values are integrity, excellence, reliability, continuous learning, service to God, and genuine care for people. I believe every customer interaction is an opportunity to build trust, demonstrate professionalism, and make a positive impact.
Outside work, I enjoy singing, baking, meeting new people, learning new skills, and engaging in meaningful conversations. My faith is an important part of my life, and I am actively involved in serving God and contributing positively to my community. I am naturally friendly and enjoy connecting with people from different backgrounds and cultures.

Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Saturday
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (WAT)
Additional hours may be available upon request depending on project requirements.
Communication:
I value clear, respectful, and professional communication. I am available through Guru messages, email, and other approved communication channels. I aim to respond to messages promptly and provide regular project updates.

Payment Terms:
Projects may be fixed-price or hourly depending on the client's preference. Milestone payments are appreciated for larger projects. Work begins once project terms are agreed upon and funded according to platform guidelines.
