Copywriting, copyediting, layout, and design that gets results!

For the past 17 years, my skills in proposal coordination, web, and graphic design, as well as copy writing and editing have supported the goals of a Fortune 500 employer and freelance clients alike. I consistently deliver professional projects on-schedule with no supervision, while meeting high standards set forth by my clients.

My ability to write polished personal and business correspondence for freelance clients has enabled them to effectively articulate important communications for a variety of purposes.

In addition to copywriting and editing, I have provided web and graphic support services to individuals, small businesses, and non-profit organizations. This support has included visually appealing collateral material layout and design; providing a web presence through the use of pre-coded responsive templates; and website maintenance.

As a professional, I maintain a significant level of organization and time management skill, consistently demonstrate exceptional multi-tasking and project management skills, exhibit dedication to superior client service, keen attention to detail, quality control and adherence to corporate branding standards.

I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree from The Boston University College of Communication. I'm a wife of 22 years and mother of two awesome sons.

Work Terms

I typically work on freelance projects during evening hours and on weekends.

I like to make initial contact with a client via telephone to discuss the general direction of a project and take notes on any highlights or talking points necessary to prepare an initial draft.

After an initial draft, I prefer communications about further instructions, comments or thoughts regarding a project to be via email whenever possible. This approach allows me to have something in writing directly from the client regarding feedback on the initial draft.

I currently create a draft for copy writing/editing in a word processing program, then attach the file to an email for the client. If I'm working on the layout/design of a graphics-based project, that will be converted to a PDF file, or uploaded to a client web site that I maintain for viewing web projects.
