I am Pankaj Sonje. Mechanical Engineer with 11+ years of experience.

Right Now, I am looking for an opportunity to serve clients using my Industrial / Automotive domain experiences. I may not be directly familiar with specific work domain as seeker is looking for, but as long as interlinking of engineering approach is concerned, I would quickly grasp the new things. Apart from this, I have hands-on experience of CAD tools such as Unigraphics NX, SolidWroks, CATIA- primary level. So, I consider myself a potential candidate for any new requirement.

About career, I have been experienced in the core area of Product Design & Development. Familiar with Plastics, Elastomeric products and manufacturing processes in Automotive, Industrial & Consumer sectors.

1) Study of feasibility request & design inputs received from customer and marketing.
2) Analyzing the customer requirements of Product/Sub-System component Design and its Validation.
3) Designing the Products/Parts in approach to Assembly and manufacturing feasibility.
4) Ensure product design meets projected costs for both material and manufacturing.
5) Preparing & review of 3D mathematical models and Part drawings.
6) Interaction with the customer for technical concerns raised during feasibility review.
7) Get approval from the customer on finalized 3D Math data and part drawings.
8) Assist in Product/Part development process.
9) Assist in Design and Product validation process.
10) Analyze & review for an Engineering changes raised by the customer.
11) Support customer in field issues.
